Refund Policy

The one-time waitlist fee is $1.99 and is generally non-refundable because access to the concept preview is granted immediately.

We may approve a refund at our discretion in limited cases described below.

Refund requests may be eligible if one of the following applies:

• Duplicate Charge: you were charged more than once for the same entry.
• Payment Error: a processor or network error caused an unintended charge and you did not receive preview access.
• Unauthorized Transaction: your payment method was used without authorization.

Email contact@shenoseapp.com within 7 days of the charge.

Please include:

• The email used for the waitlist.
• Approximate date/time of the charge.
• Any receipt or transaction ID (if available).
• A brief description of the issue (duplicate, error, unauthorized).

If approved, refunds are processed via our payment processor and returned to the original payment method.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Expectation mismatches.
• Requests made outside the 7-day window (unless required by law).
• Situations where preview access was successfully provided, unless an eligible exception applies.
